Pingshan Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats

To better serve the international community in the Pingshan Subdistrict International Block and to establish a more efficient service platform for expats, the Pingshan Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats was established in September 2021. The center provides foreigners with convenient “one-stop” consulting services — both online and offline — covering employment, entrepreneurship, work visas, and more.

Pingshan International Talent Community

The Pingshan International Talent Community (PITC) is located in the Public Culture Service Center of Xinhe Community, Pingshan Subdistrict. It is near Pingshan Central Park, Pingshan Library, and Pingshan Art Museum, with bilingual Chinese-English signage throughout the area. The PITC offers English-language services specifically for foreigners, including temporary residence registration, legal and tax consultations, and entry-exit assistance for international talent. The community also provides spaces for discussion and reading. Regular cultural salons and talks are held in this inviting atmosphere, encouraging participants to share insights and connect.
